Location
As entrepreneurs and marketers with extensive practical experience, we saw a new unoccupied niche: at the time of the project’s inception, there were no nearby sports schools, studios, or fitness centers within walking distance. At the same time, there was consumer demand among the residents of new residential complexes totaling more than 5,000 apartments.
Place of power
In creating this space, we focused on the values and needs of the target audience, as well as the overall societal context following the COVID-19 pandemic. After researching the segment, we developed a concept for a place not only for yoga practice but also for communication and making new acquaintances.

Marketing and branding
From the first day of the project’s creation, great attention was paid to the correct packaging of the product: creating relevant and understandable content, conducting photoshoots, interactive elements, and regular feedback were essential aspects of interacting with the audience.
